Eagle Home Inspections is one of the highest rated home inspection companies in the Tucson area. We are experienced at providing thorough and accurate inspections at the best prices. We provide comprehensive reports to our clients within 24 hours of the inspection with high definition digital photos and thorough explanations of not only deficiencies but also helpful observations.
We perform all types of home inspections including:
* FULL HOME INSPECTIONS: This is the typical inspection requested by home buyers (conventional & manufactured homes). Sellers often request home inspections in order to perform any necessary repairs that may slow down the selling of the home.
* NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS: (Normally 2 inspections: Pre-Drywall and Final Walk)
* 11-MONTH (Warranty) INSPECTION: Performed during the 11th month (before your warranty runs out)
* ANNUAL INSPECTIONS: Some clients have their homes inspected every one to three years
ADD-ON INSPECTIONS: While performing any if the above you can add the following inspections: Pool, Radon, Mold and Thermal
* We are the only authorized 203k loan consultants in the Tucson area (Combines purchase with an upgrade loan)
Our customers have left 100 percent positive testimonials and we have never had a complaint. Our work isn’t complete unless you are satisfied.
We are a completely independent Home Inspection company. We HIGHLY recommend that you avoid national franchises who often limit what inspectors are allowed to call-out and may limit your choice of contractors to THEIR list of approved contractors who are normally national companies and not local. These inspection companies often receive a percentage of the repair costs. Not in your best interest!!
From Oro Valley to Tubac and from Marana to Benson
All home inspectors in Arizona have a list of minimum requirements they ae expected to follow when performing home inspections. What often differentiates a good inspector is taking the time to be thorough, by inspecting more than the minimum, and having the experience to identify and organize their observations into safety issues, repair issues and helpful recommendations to extend the life of major components or improve appearances.
Knowing what to look for and where to look for potential issues not only provides for a thorough inspection but every inspection completed allows the inspector to gain valuable experience that allows them to find issues now, before failure and we can often make recommendations others miss.
