Kurt Loutzenheiser is the Owner and Lead Inspector. Kurt retired from the US Air Force with over 20 years experience as a master mechanic in mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC and plumbing.
Eagle Home Inspections is a member of InterNACHI and follows a strict code of ethics that ensures our clients a thorough inspection. Kurt is a Certified Professional Inspector and maintains his membership with InterNACHI to stay abreast of changes in the industry and building codes.
We provide a wide range of residential and commercial inspection services to the entire Tucson Metro Area including Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Tubac, Corona, Vail and Benson. With advance notice we will perform inspections outside of our normal coverage area.

We recognize that a house is likely the largest purchase you will make and want to help make the process as effortless as possible by providing you with an inspection report that identifies safety issues, major and minor discrepancies and observations so that you complete your purchase armed with all the pertinent information. This goes far beyond whether the roof is likely to leak or whether there are any electrical problems.
We approach every inspection by viewing what we see 3 different ways – as if we were buying it for ourselves, planning on having a family member live there or as an investment property. As a result we are able to communicate all major and minor issues in a way that is understandable and actionable.
Once you have read your Home Inspection Report we provide follow-up consultations to ensure you (and your agent) understand all of the information and can prioritize any necessary repairs.
